📅 Booking Assistance

I booked an appointment, but I haven't received a confirmation. Please note that all online bookings via Great Smile Online are preliminary requests.

  1. Pending Status: Your appointment is pending until our staff reviews the schedule.
  2. Confirmation: You will receive a separate Email, SMS, or Phone Call explicitly confirming your time.
  3. Delay: If it has been more than 24 business hours and you haven't heard from us, please call the office at (847) 945-1050 to check the status.

How do I reschedule or cancel? You can manage your appointments by logging into your User Profile.

  • Go to "My Appointments."
  • Select "Reschedule" or "Cancel."
  • Please note: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

🔐 Account & Technical Issues

I forgot my password. Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login screen. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password securely.

I cannot create an account. If you are seeing an error message during sign-up:

  • Ensure all required fields (marked with *) are filled.
  • Check that your email address is in the correct format.
  • If the issue persists, please email our support team at office@greatsmiledeerfield.com with a screenshot of the error.

🚑 Dental Emergencies

What counts as a dental emergency? If you are experiencing severe pain, uncontrolled bleeding, a knocked-out tooth, or severe swelling:

  1. During Office Hours: Call us immediately at (847) 945-1050. We prioritize emergency cases.
  2. After Hours: Call our main line and follow the instructions on the voicemail for emergency contact.
  3. Medical Emergency: If you have difficulty breathing or a life-threatening injury, call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Room immediately.
